      学科建设需要科学合理的评估体系,QS 学科排名是目前国内外普遍使用的评估标准。我国正在实施的“双一流”战略已把第三方评价纳入考核体系,QS 学科排名对我国的“双一流”建设具有重要的参考价值。 本文剖析了 2017 年 QS 学科排名在评估对象、评估指标及权重方面的最新进展,并基于此对我国北京大学、清华大学这两所顶尖大学的学科发展现状进行分析,通过比较发现,这两所高校学科发展速度较快,但与世界一流大学存在较大差距,且指标发展极不均衡。在分析的基础上,对我国顶尖大学的发展现状进行反思并提出建议。

      Discipline construction needs a scientific and reasonable evaluation system, QS discipline ranking is the standard that is commonly used at home and abroad. The "double-class" strategy which is being implemented in China has put the third-party evaluation into the assessment system, and QS discipline ranking has important reference value for China's "double-class" construction. This paper analyzes the latest progress of QS discipline ranking in the evaluation object, evaluation index and weight in 2017. And based on this, this paper analyzes the development status of the two top universities in Peking University and Tsinghua University. By comparison, it is found that the two universities have a fast development speed, but there is a large gap with the world first-class universities, and the development of the indicators is very uneven. On the basis of the analysis, we reflect on the current situation of the development of top universities in China and make suggestions.
