      名校硕士、博士毕业生扎堆到小县城就业成为就业新现象。文章指出,名校毕业生选择到小县城就业属于自主选择,但是小县城在招聘时明确只招名校毕业生,属于唯名校的用人导向,涉嫌学历歧视,有悖社会公平。因此,推进教育评价改革必须强化对唯学历、唯名校招聘用人的监管,遏制学历高消费。

      It has become a new employment phenomenon for master and doctoral graduates from prestigious colleges flocking to seek employment in small counties. This article points out that the graduates from prestigious colleges seeking employment in small counties might be a matter of independent choice. However, employers in small counties specifically indicates that they only recruit graduates from prestigious colleges, which is a matter of employment orientation of diploma-only and suspected discrimination against educational background. In order to further promote the educational evaluation reform, we should strengthen the supervision of the employment orientation of diploma-only and prestigious college-only, and curb the trend of high consumption of educational background.
