| 调整专业、主动适应区域经济发展是地方高校谋求高质量发展的必然选择。政府、社会和院校多元主体参与高校专业的治理，才能促进高校专业调整科学有效运行。文章引入治理视角，分析专业调整的必要性，厘清评估调整的逻辑框架，提出专业调整机制的构建策略，总结专业调整工作的实践经验，以期为地方高校开展专业调整和评估工作提供借鉴。 |

| Specialty adjustment and active adaptation to regional economic development are the inevitable choices for local universities to seek high-quality development. Specialty adjustment will run scientifically and effectively with the participation of multiple subjects such as the government, society and universities. This paper introduces the governance perspective to analyze the necessity of specialty adjustment, clarify the logical framework for evaluation adjustment, propose the construction strategy of specialty adjustment mechanism, and summarize the practical experience of specialty adjustment work, so as to provide reference for specialty adjustment of local universities.
