| Focusing on quality is an imperative reform of education. Quality can be defined as an attribute of educational service with multiple elements and dimensions. Various contributions have been made by international community in understanding its concept and building its frameworks. Quality is better assured through a developmental evaluation approach which encourages stakeholder involvement in planning, process and product of evaluation activities. |
