| 本文通过分析三大权威商学院认证标准（AACSB、EQUIS、AMBA）框架，对卓越商科教育的本质与特性进行了归纳，认为卓越商科教育的典型特征是具有清晰使命、适应社会需要、高水平国际化、与行业企业保持深度合作、重视商业道德的教育。 |

| In this paper, through a detailed analysis of three leading accreditation standards for business schools, essence and characteristics of excellent business education are summarized. The high quality business education is typical with a clear mission, social contribution significantly,high levels of internationalization, deep cooperation with industries and enterprises, and emphasis on business moral education. |
