| 适应“中国制造 2025” 的机械类专业人才是我国制造业转型升级和跨越发展的重要支撑，从制造强国战略全球化的角度出发，对比分析当前人才培养的国际形势，提出“中国制造 2025”对机械类专业人才培养提出的新要求。 基于智能制造、互联网 +、大数据等时代元素剖析传统机械类专业人才培养体系的内部构变，从人才培养标准重构、能力素质体系架构、跨界创新思维培养、专业课程体系优化、实践教学资源整合和教育评价体系完善六个视角，探讨策应“中国制造 2025”的地方本科高校机械类专业人才培养体系的改革举措与实施路径。 |

| The mechanical professionals adapting to the "Made in China 2025" are important supports to manufacturing transformation and upgrading and the development in China. This paper analyzes the international situation of the current personnel training， meanwhile， puts forward the new requirement for the training of the mechanical talents in the new period from the perspective of the strategic globalization of manufacturing power. The internal structure change of traditional mechanical professional training system is deeply studied based on intelligent manufacturing， Internet +， big data and other elements of the times. The Implementation path of reconstructing the talents training system of mechanical specialty in local colleges and universities of "Made in China 2025" is explored from six aspects. They are clearing training standards; structuring talent ability system; culturing cross-border innovative thinking; optimizing the professional curriculum system; integrating practical teaching resources; improving the evaluation mechanism of education. Discuss the reform measures and implementation path of applied undergraduate colleges and universities mechanical professionals training system. |
