| 随着高等教育走内涵式发展道路的逐步深入， 保证高等教育人才培养质量的评估也逐渐由政府评估走向第三方评估，教育的第三方评估如雨后春笋般出现。但我国的第三方教育评估起步较晚，存在诸如立法缺失、公信力不高等问题，本文通过对高等教育第三方评估现状、存在的问题分析，进而对健全高等教育第三方评估法律、培育第三方评估的市场、提高第三方评估的科学性和公信力等进行深入思考。 |

| With the connotative development of higher education, the evaluation forms of the training quality of educated talents have gradually stepped from the government's evaluation to the third-party assessment. Meanwhile，the third-party education evaluation organizations have sprung up，but the third-party assessment of our country starts relatively education late. There are also problems such as lack of legislation, lack of credibility, etc. This article focuses on the current situation of the third-party evaluation of higher education and the analysis of existing problems in order to improve the higher education law of the third-party8 evaluation, cultivate the market of the third-party education evaluation and raise their scientificity and credibility. |
