| 高校学生职业发展已成为社会关注的一个焦点。 职业指导效果直接影响民办高校学生的职业发展，因此，其职业指导队伍建设显得尤为重要。当前主要问题有：职业指导队伍的专业化水平与稳定性不高、职业指导的有效性不足、工作重点不明确等。 提升民办高校职业指导队伍的专业化水平，努力营造以就业为导向的校园文化氛围，提高民办高校职业指导人员的待遇与地位和加强职业指导效果的跟踪与管理是解决这些问题的主要举措。通过职业指导的师生比例、职业指导的时间保障、职业指导队伍的素质和职业指导的评价主体四个要素来评价队伍建设的效果。 |

| The Construction and Evaluation Method of Vocational Guidance Teams in Private Colleges |

| The career development of private college students has become a focus of society. The effect of vocational guidance in private universities directly affects the career development of students, hence, the construction of vocational guidance teams in private universities is particularly important. The major problems in the construction are the lack of professionalism and stability of career guidance teams， the lack of effectiveness of career guidance education， and the lack of significance of career guidance. The main measures for solving these problems contain to improve the professionalism of professional guidance teams in private universities， to create an employment-oriented campus culture， to improve the treatment and status of career guidance staff in private universities， and to improve the tracking and management of vocational guidance. Through the four factors such as the ratio of teachers and students, the time guarantee, the quality, and the evaluation of career guidance， the effect of career guidance team construction can be improved. |
