走出中小学班主任工作考核的误区

摘要:
当前,在素质教育正在推进、应试教育依然十分盛行的形势下,中小学班主任工作考核存在着诸多误区。要想突破这些严重制约学校德育管理工作发展的误区,必须在班主任工作考核的内容标准、目的、主体、方法等方面实施全面变革,尽快构建起科学合理、全面系统的中小学班主任工作考核体系。

Abstract:
At present, education for allround development is still promating, examinationoriented education system is still in fashion. There are a lot of mistaken ideas in the class teachers' evaluation on work in primary and middle school. To break through mistaken ideas which restrict the development of school moral education management seriously, we must totally innovate the content standards, purpose, subject, method of the evaluation on class teacher's work. We should try our best to set up scientific, rational and comprehensive assessment system of primary and middle school class teachers.
