现代大学制度建设与我国高等学校管理体制有效性的研究

摘要:

我国大学制度提出“党委领导、校长治校、教授治学、民主管理”的和谐治理模式，提倡高校内部各种权力分工明确、各司其职、各负其责。本文分析了目前高校权力体系运行过程中存在的问题，提出以现代大学制度建设为背景，进行现代大学章程建设，梳理高校内部权力结构，建构新型权力体系框架，建立和谐的权力运转模式，以提高高校管理体制的有效性。
