| 高等教育质量评价是对高等教育质量进行价值判断并促进其提升与改进的活动， 是一个相当复杂的系统工程，不可避免地存在代价问题。高等教育质量评价代价是指由于评价价值主体需要的多样性以及评价价值客体属性的制约性，而导致的人们为选择某种（某些）评价主导价值而造成评价价值主体所承担的价值损失、牺牲，和由此引起的与评价价值主体的理想目标相悖的消极后果。高等教育质量评价的代价有各种表现，从不同角度可分为多种类型，文章主要分析了必要性代价和不必要性代价，并且对高等教育质量评价代价的产生原因进行了深入分析，最后对如何进行高等教育质量评价的代价控制进行了简要说明。 |

| Abstract: |
| The quality evaluation of higher education is an activity to judge the quality of higher education and promote its situation and improvement. It is a rather complicated system engineering， and inevitably there is a cost problem. The cost of quality evaluation of higher education refers to the variety of the needs of the evaluation value subject and the restriction of the evaluation of the value of the object， which leads to the choice of some evaluation leading prices， and causes the value loss， the sacrifice and the negative consequence which is contrary to the ideal goal of the evaluation value subject. The costs of quality evaluation of higher education can be divided into various types from different angles. This paper mainly analyzes the necessity and the unnecessary costs， and assesses the quality of higher education. The causes of the cost are analyzed in depth Finally， the cost control of the quality evaluation of higher education is briefly explained. |
