| 在日本司法制度改革背景下建立的法科大学院是日本法律专业学位教育制度的起点，相应形成了包括自我评估、外部评估和第三方独立机构认证在内的多元化法律专业学位教育认证体系，涵盖了法律专业学位教育资格认证、质量认证及职业认证三个方面。该体系对于促进我国法律专业学位教育认证制度体系化、认证主体多元化以及认证活动的专业化具有借鉴意义。 |

| Japanese legal education reform has given birth to its law school system that has been the starting point for Japanese professional legal degree programs. In the process of the reform, a diversified professional legal education accreditation system was established with program providers’ self evaluation, external evaluation and the third party accreditation. The system covers all the three important aspects: professional legal education entry qualification accreditation, regular quality accreditation, and professional qualification accreditation. These features of the Japanese system give important references to China in promoting professional legal education accreditation programs systematized, accreditation subjects diversified, and accreditation activities professionalized. |
