| 随着教育经费投入的不断加大，教育督导工作中不仅要关注教育经费的投入，更应关注教育经费是否合理使用。因此，如何进行学校教育经费使用的“督”与“导”，对督学而言是一个新的挑战。本文以深入浅出的方法，通俗易懂的语言，贴近实际的案例，对学校教育经费使用管理现状和督导面临的困境进行分析、提出对策。 |

| With the continuous increase of educational outlay, we should pay attention to not only the
amount of educational outlay , but also the proper application of it during our school inspection. Thus , it is a
brand new challenge for school inspectors to monitor and instruct the use of educational outlay . The paper analyzes
the current situation of educational outlay management and the difficulty our school inspectors are facing
now , brings forward the countermeasure . The paper tries to apply simple words to tell complicated theory, and to
make realistic cases easy to understand. |
