| 研究本校特点，参照国家评估政策要求，自主构建校内教学评估体系，是高等学校“自我评估”时代迫切要解决的问题。仲恺农业工程学院重新审视绩效评估的价值，构建了二级学院本科教学绩效评估模式。本文介绍了在设计评估目标上的思考，指出评估指标的设置必须与目标保持一致，宜简不宜繁，应该强调对办学的绩效考核。本文还介绍了评估组织与程序等具体问题，可供同类院校借鉴。 |

| Studying on the characteristics of a university, following national assessment requirements
and independently constructing of the evaluation system for the university is an urgent
problem to be solved in the era of“self-evaluation” of higher education. Zhongkai University
of Agriculture and Engineering reviews the value of performance evaluation, and constructs
a model for teaching performance evaluation for colleges in the university. This paper introduces the evaluation target, index system, organization and program of evaluation. These can be useful
as a reference for similar institutions. |
