| 文章梳理了英国、美国、澳大利亚等发达国家和联合国教科文组织、世界银行、经济合作与发展组织等主要国际组织近年来有关高等教育质量保障的最新改革举措， 总结了其注重顶层设计，加强以学生学习成果为导向的教学质量评价，重视教育质量信息公开，加强院校质量保障方面首要责任，推动教育质量保障的国际化和专业化发展，探索性地开展对新型教育形式的质量保障等方面的特点。在此基础上，文章对我国高等教育质量保障的完善提出了建议。 |

| The paper presents the latest reforms and developments of- the quality assurance
system in higher education from the developed countries, such as UK，USAO and Australia, and also some key international organizations, such as UNESCO, World Bank, OECD and EU, and also summarizes the six characteristics of them. On the basis of that, the paper provides the specific reference suggestions for the improvement of the- quality- assurance system in higher education in China. |
