      文章选取 56 所上海市中等职业学校发布的 2016 年度质量报告作为研究对象进行文本分析,对“主要问题”的类别进行属类划分,发现上海各中职校关注的焦点问题主要集中在国际合作,校企合作开展情况和效果,师资结构、水平三个方面;通过对焦点问题的深入剖析,将其归因为中职教育国际化未跟上上海国际化大都市定位,企业缺乏合作动力,校企合作仍待完全融合,师资队伍结构固化,双师型人才培养难度大;最后,提出找寻合适的国际合作途径,探究共赢的校企合作模式,打造流通的优质教师团队等对策建议,以期为中职校人才培养质量提升提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The study selected the 2016 quality report released by the 56 secondary vocational schools in Shanghai as the research object for the text analysis,divide the "major problems" into different category. The researcher concludes that the focuses of the vocational schools in Shanghai are mainly concentrated in the international cooperation, the situation and effect of school-enterprise collaboration, teachers’ structure and level. The researcher attributed the focus issue to three aspects: secondary vocational education internationalization does not keep up with the international metropolis of Shanghai; enterprises lack of cooperation motivation, school-enter-prise cooperation, still& need, to be further deepened; the teachers troop structure is solidification,training double personnel teacher is difficult. Finally, the countermeasures, and, suggestions are put forward that to find the suitable way of international cooperation; explore the win-win cooperation mode between school and enterprise; make the circulation of high quality teachers' team.Hope the above countermeasure and the suggestion will serve as a reference to prompt the quality of Shanghai secondary vocational school.
