| The core competitiveness of the basic education monitoring and evaluation team is the
key ability of the teams engaged in the monitoring and evaluation of basic education to carry out educational monitoring and evaluation activities to obtain accurate monitoring results. Strong core competitiveness is the need for basic education monitoring and evaluation to fulfill its unique advantages and values, to make management, evaluation and service independent from each other, and to serve people with satisfactory education. The formation of the corresponding core competitiveness is an important part of the construction of the basic education monitoring and evaluation team. Cultivating the basic competitiveness of the basic education monitoring and evaluation team based on practice needs to start from the aspects of standard development ability, model construction ability, data mining ability, result interpretation ability, and team self-renewal ability. |
