      基础教育监测评估团队的核心竞争力是从事基础教育监测评估工作的团队组织开展教育监测评估活动,以顺利获得精准的监测结果的关键能力。强大的核心竞争力是基础教育监测评估发挥其独特的优势和价值、实现服务管办评分离、服务办好人民满意的教育的需要。形成相应的核心竞争力是基础教育监测评估团队建设的重要内容。基于实践培育基础教育监测评估团队核心竞争力需要从标准研制能力、模型建构能力、数据采掘能力、结果解释能力、团队自新能力等方面着手。
英文摘要:
      The core competitiveness of the basic education monitoring and evaluation team is the key ability of the teams engaged in the monitoring and evaluation of basic education to carry out educational monitoring and evaluation activities to obtain accurate monitoring results. Strong core competitiveness is the need for basic education monitoring and evaluation to fulfill its unique advantages and values, to make management, evaluation and service independent from each other, and to serve people with satisfactory education. The formation of the corresponding core competitiveness is an important part of the construction of the basic education monitoring and evaluation team. Cultivating the basic competitiveness of the basic education monitoring and evaluation team based on practice needs to start from the aspects of standard development ability, model construction ability, data mining ability, result interpretation ability, and team self-renewal ability.
