《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的出台,回应了深化教育评价改革的要义,为我国教育事业明确了未来改革的方向和路径。在这一背景下,教学评价方式也亟待进一步改进。文章紧扣当前高等教育评价改革对教师教学评价提出的新要求,以此为标杆,剖析当前教学评价在实施过程中存在的一些问题,提出树立正确导向、定量与定性相结合、采取多样化方法、发挥教师教学帮扶作用等对策建议。 |

The General Plan for Deepening the Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era has responded to the essence of deepening the educational evaluation reform,and has made clear the direction and path of the future reform of educational cause. Under the background of deepening the educational evaluation reform in the new era,the teaching evaluation methods of university teachers
also need to be improved urgently. This paper studies the new requirements of the current educational evaluation reform on the teaching evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities,taking this as a benchmark,and analyzes some problems existing in the formulation and implementation of the current teaching evaluation of teachers. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the teaching evaluation of university teachers,such as setting up correct guidance of teaching evaluation, combining quantitative with qualitative evaluation, adopting diversified evaluation methods and giving full play to the supporting role of teaching evaluation. |
