      《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的出台,对新时代我国职业教育评价改革提出了新要求:要确立德技并修的评价导向、推进科学系统的评价方式、拓宽多元协同的评价主体、完善 彰显类型特征的评价机制。当前我国职业教育评价存在着一些问题,如评价方式以总结性评价为主,发展性评价不足;评价主体以政府评价为主,多元性评价不足;评价机制以形式化评价为主,实质性评价不足;评价手段以传统评价为主,现代化评价不足。为深化新时代职业教育评价改革,应更新评价理念,改善评价生态;强化评价队伍,提升评价能力;改革评价机制,完善评价治理;创新评价工具,提高评价技术。

      The promulgation of General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era puts forward new requirements for reform of vocational education evaluation in China, such as establishing evaluation orientation by combining morals and skills, promoting scientific and systematic evaluation methods, broadening multiple and coordinated evaluation subjects and improving evaluation mechanism that highlights type characteristics. Currently, there are several problems in vocational education evaluation in China. The evaluation methods are mainly summative, and developmental evaluation is insufficient. The evaluation subject is mainly government, and multiple subjects evaluation is insufficient. The evaluation mechanism is mainly formalized, and substantive evaluation is insufficient. The evaluation means are mainly traditional, and modern evaluation is insufficient. In order to deepen the reform of vocational education evaluation in the new era, it is necessary to update evaluation concept and improve evaluation ecology, strengthen evaluation team and enhance evaluation ability, reform evaluation mechanism and improve evaluation governance, innovate evaluation tools and improve evaluation technology.
