| In order to take into practice of the General Plan for deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council，the paper，based on international experiences and the analysis of national objectives and requirements of high school evaluation，discusses the quality standards of high schools，and puts forward the ideas of paying
attention to school differences and strengthening schooling process，exploring value-added assessment of student achievements as well as focusing on school’s progress，data-driven evaluation and rolling evaluation on high schools. It is expected to measure the quality of high schools by analysisng students achievements as well as the factors of their schooling，in hopes of making some contribution to the reform of evaluation on high schools nationally. |
