      博士研究生“预备生”制度是对选拔优质生源方式的有益补充,是完善我国博士研究生招生选拔制度的一项重要举措。通过对四所高校的博士研究生“预备生”政策文本进行分析,发现其在博士预备生选拔中多侧重于推荐免试生,将优秀的学业成绩作为“入门资格”、将科研成果作为“加分项”,考核多侧重于过程性。为高效地选拔博士拔尖创新人才,建议以“提高培养质量”为目标,从选拔机制、课程机制,激励机制、考核机制等方面优化博士研究生“预备生”制度的实施。
英文摘要:
      The system of“preparatory student”for doctoral students is a useful supplement in selecting high-quality students and an important measure to improve the system for the selection of doctoral students in China. Through the analysis of the policy texts of four universities, this paper has found common characteristics in the selection of doctoral students, such as more emphasis on the recommendation of exam-free students, excellent academic performance as“entry qualification”, scientific research achievements as“extra points”, and more emphasis on the process. In order to efficiently select innovative talents for PhD, it is recommended to“improve the quality of training”as the goal. We propose to optimize the implementation of the“preparatory student”system for doctoral students in terms of selection mechanism, curriculum mechanism, incentive mechanism and assessment mechanism.
