| 最近我国多地教育部门发出禁止公办普通高中招收复读生的通知，这是针对公办普通高中违规招收复读生现象，对之前发布的禁令的重申。公办普通高中招收复读生与近年来出现的“高分复读”现象有关，这些复读学生的目标是考进更好的大学，学校的目标是提高名校升学率。文章分析了“高分复读”现象产生的原因，并提出治理对策。 |

| The department of education in many provinces have announced to public high schools the prohibition of admitting students who intend to retake grade 12 after college entrance examination. This is a reiteration of the previously issued ban to schools who went out of line and accepted“return” students. In recent years, students who have scored high marks in college entrance examination start to choose to repeat their grade 12 study with the goal of entering a better university. While the schools, by enrolling“return”student, aim to increase its admission rate of prestigious universities. This article analyzes the causes of the phenomenon and puts forward the countermeasures. |
