| The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era involves both institutional transformation and paradigm change. The key to its success is professionalism in assessment, with such priority areas as creating enabling environment by reducing unnecessary administrative assessment programs and improving the professionalism of educational evaluation. First of all, real problems should be recognized and the self-consciousness of evaluation reform actions should be strengthened. The second is to grasp the core elements of evaluation reform and establish the correct orientation of evaluation reform. Lastly, we should attach great importance to the fundamental focus of evaluation reform and improve the professionalism of educational evaluation. |
