      地方本科院校要完善应用型人才评价体系,应从树立理念、推进路径、构建制度三个方面着手。要以立德树人为评价基准,把握应用型院校教育评价实质;以培养应用能力为评价导向、系统实施人才培养评价改革;以针对现状为评价依据、完善应用型人才评价的体制机制。在评价实践中,以破除地方本科院校应用型人才培养的传统评价体系为抓手,改进结果评价,强化过程评价,探索增值评价,健全综合评价,践行地方大学的育人使命。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the evaluation system of applied talents, local undergraduate universities should adhere to the following three aspects, i. e., establishing ideas, promoting paths and constructing systems. Local universities should take morality education as the evaluation benchmark to grasp the essence of applied education evaluation, take application-oriented evaluation criterion to systematically implement the reform of talent training evaluation, and take the current situation as the evaluation basis to improve the institutional mechanism of applied talent evaluation. In order to break the traditional evaluation system of applied talent training in the evaluation practice, we should improve result evaluation, strengthen process evaluation, explore value-added evaluation and perfect comprehensive evaluation so as to fulfill the educational mission of local universities.
