| 第二轮“双一流”建设高校及建设学科名单公布。不区分一流大学与一流学科建设，北京大学、清华大学自主确定建设学科，对16个首轮建设学科给予公开警示，是这次公布名单的三大“看点”。文章认为，“双一流”建设必须遏制身份化趋势，淡化建设高校、学科的身份色彩，要通过落实和扩大办学自主权，推进大学建立现代大学制度，促进学校聚焦学科建设，真正办出一流水平。 |

| China has announced the list of the second round of double first-class universities and disciplines. The new round of“double first-class”construction has three major“highlights”. Firstly，there will be no distinction between first-class university and first-class discipline construction. Secondly，Peking University and Tsinghua University can independently determine their disciplines. Thirdly，public warnings have been given to 16 disciplines in the first round of construction. This paper proposes that the“double first-class” construction shall curb the trend of identity rigidity and weaken the identity of universities and disciplines. In order to truly achieve first-class level，we shall implement and expand the autonomy of universities，promote the establishment of modern university system，and encourage universities to focus on discipline construction. |
