| 当前，研究培养高质量的创新创业型人才模式具有十分重要的意义，文章指出基于OBE理念的创新创业人才培养，既能指导人才培养目标适应市场需求，又能助推高校科技成果转化。依据OBE理念，高校创新创业型人才培养模式包括博雅与实践并举的培养目标、统合校内资源的培养方法，构建学生监控与多元过程评价的培养评价，推进校企合作与反馈培养结果。 |

| It is of great significance to study the training mode of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The training，based on OBE concept，can not only guide the training target to adapt to market demand，but also boost the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.The cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities optimized according to the OBE concept includes the cultivation goal of both liberal arts and practice，the cultivation method of integrating the resources on campus，the evaluation system of student monitoring and multiple process evaluation，and the promotion of school-enterprise cooperation and feedback of cultivation results. |
