      在辨识“双一流”大学背景下大学国际化和师资国际化内涵的基础上,采用德尔菲法筛选师资国际化评价指标,采用层次分析法运算各指标权重,最终形成“双一流”大学师资国际化的评价指标体系。研究结果表明,位于“观念、意识”目标层的“国际化师资理念和建设策略”二级指标对大学师资国际化建设至为重要,其次是位于“能力、行为”目标层的“中外合作办学”和“教师结构国际化”,再次是位于“结果、绩效”目标层的“课程结构国际化”和“师资素养国际化”。该评价指标体系的研制旨在引导“双一流”大学把师资国际化建设作为其国际化的中心内容,把全球治理人才培养作为其国际化的核心目标。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of differentiating the connotations between the internationalization of the faculty and of university under the background of “double first-class” initiative,this research aims to construct an evaluation index system for the internationalization of faculty by using the Delphi Expert Survey to screen the evaluation indexes and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to compute the weight of each index. The results show that the sub-index “International faculty concept and construction strategy” under the first object layer of “idea and awareness” lists the first importance,“Sino-foreign cooperative education” and “internationalization of faculty structure” under “capacity and action” rank the second importance, and “internationalization of course structure” and “internationalization of faulty literacy” under “achievement and performance” locate the third importance,to the internationalization of faculty. The development of this evaluation index system will enlighten the “double first-class” universities to put internationalizing faculty at the center and regard fostering the talents with competence of global governance as a core object in their internationalizing process.
