| 河北省自 2014 年启动本科院校的转型发展试点工作，2020年组织专家对10所试点高校进行了验收评估。作者以河北省三所转型发展试点高校为研究对象，综合设定转型成效评价指标体系，根据试点高校自评等级进行分析。研究结果表明，试点高校均取得不同程度的转型发展成效，行业性高校转型工作成效最为明显。建议优化学科专业结构，实质性开展产教融合，将转型工作最终落在立德树人成效上。 |

| Since 2014, Hebei province has started the transformation of undergraduate universities, several pilot universities were selected. In 2020, provincial government organized experts to carry out the acceptance evaluation for these pilot universities. In order to evaluate the transformation effects, three pilot undergraduate universities are researched as examples. The evaluation index system of transformation effectiveness is constructed comprehensively and analyzed according to the self- evaluation rating in the reports. It shows that the transformation effect of an industrial university is the most obvious among the 3 pilot universities although all schools have achieved their goals，respectively. It is suggested that the transformation development should optimize the structure of academic disciplines and promote the integration of vocational education with industry substantially so as to make the goal of transformation effect serve the purpose of fostering virtue through education. |
