      研究生学业预警能有效补充传统的研究生教育评价方式,是一项有利于保障研究生培养过程质量的柔性政策。通过调查H大学,发现其研究生学业预警缺乏规范性和正式性,具体表现为:缺乏理念指导,预警指标与标准设定不合理;预警平台尚未建立,数据收集和等级划分不明确;预警组织不够稳定,预警流程与监督机制不规范。因此,建议高校从塑造科学的预警理念,制定合理的预警指标与标准;创建一体化预警平台,建立学生数据库和预警等级;建成稳定的组织架构,在打造灵活流程和责任监督制等方面优化研究生学业预警。
英文摘要:
      Postgraduate academic early warning can effectively supplement the traditional evaluation method of postgraduate education,and is a flexible policy conducive to ensuring the quality of postgraduate education process.The research attempts to focus on H University.It is found that the early warning of postgraduate studies in H University is not normative and formal. The practical problems are as follows. The early warning of postgraduate studies lacks the conceptual guidance,and the setting of early warning indicators and standards is unreasonable. The early warning platform for postgraduate studies has not been established yet,and the data collection and grade classification are not clear. Postgraduate academic early warning organization is not stable,early warning process and supervision mechanism is not standard. Therefore,universities can establish reasonable early warning indexes and standards by shaping scientific early warning ideas,establish an integrated early warning platform,and build a student database and early warning level. At the same time,universities can build a stable organizational structure,create flexible process and responsibility supervision system to improve the postgraduate study early warning.
