      我国高等教育外部评价方式主要是教学评估与专业认证,前者呈现出宏观整体性特征,后者则更多体现微观过程性特征,在具体实践过程中二者易被割裂看待,较少交互。基于此,文章以内聚联系的视角,从教学评估与专业认证的耦合关系入手,超越教学评估与专业认证孤立的单向维度,在多层次动态关系中寻求理念、成效、发展等多维度的融合与互动,探索科学平衡发展的教育评价体系。
英文摘要:
      The external evaluation methods of China’s higher education are mainly teaching evaluation and professional certification. The former presents the characteristic of macro-integrity while the latter reflects more of the characteristic of micro-process. In fact, they are easily viewed separately and rarely interact. Based on this, starting from the coupling relationship between teaching evaluation and professional certification, this research attempts to go beyond the isolated one-way dimension of teaching evaluation and professional certification, and seeks multi-dimensional integration and interaction of ideas, effectiveness and development in a multi-level dynamic relationship. The purpose is to explore the scientific and balanced development of education evaluation system.
