      2009年,教育部印发了《中外合作办学评估方案(试行)》,对中外合作办学的规范办学、依法管理、促进发展等方面起到了重要的监管、引导作用。文章根据评估指标体系,归纳出中外合作办学评估的六大特征。对照最新出台的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,文章归纳了中外合作办学评估与新时代高等教育评价的三点共融性,并提出中外合作办学评估指标体系改进的四条策略,即加强意识形态和党建,在做“红”上下功夫;守牢办学的主权安全,在做“稳”上下功夫;服务国家战略提质增效,在做“优”上下功夫;重视特色和分类评价,在做“特”上下功夫。
英文摘要:
      In 2009, Evaluation Program for Chinese-Foreign Cooperatively-run Schools(Trial) has been issued,it played an important regulatory and guiding role in standardizing the running of schools, managing according to law and promoting development. According to the evaluation index system, this paper summarizes six characteristics of the evaluation of Chinese-Foreign cooperatively-run schools. In view of the latest Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era, the evaluation index system of Chinese-Foreign cooperatively-run schools has three main points of compatibility and this paper proposes four improvement strategies. They are strengthening ideology and Party building, safeguarding the sovereignty and security of running a school, serving the national strategy and improving both quality and efficiency, and attaching importance to characteristics and classified evaluation.
