      “放学后学校”和“自由学期制”是韩国当下大力推进的基础教育改革举措。政策实施以来在减轻学生学业压力、完善课后托管、抑制“私教育”发展、促进教育公平、优化基础教育改革等方面皆取得了积极效果。文章就韩国这两项政策的出台背景、基本内容、成效及不足等方面进行探讨,以期对我国的“双减”政策的实施提供指导和借鉴,从而有效推进我国基础教育体系的优化改革。
英文摘要:
      “After-school care” and “free semester” policies are the basic education reform measures that South Korea is vigorously promoting at present. Since the implementation of the two policies, positive results have been achieved in reducing students’ academic pressure, improving after-school care, restraining the development of private education, promoting educational equity and optimizing the reform of basic education. This paper discusses the background, basic content, effect and deficiency of the two policies, hoping to provide guidance and reference for the “double reduction” policy currently implemented in China, and effectively promote the optimization of China’s basic education system reform.
