当前我国正处于产业结构转型的关键期,培养高素质技术技能人才是满足国家高质量发展和社会高质量就业的迫切需求。文章旨在阐明职业本科高素质技术技能人才培养的意义,探讨了职业本科院校作为高素质技术技能人才的培养主体在人才培养定位、培养规模、质量保障体系以及社会认可度等方面面临的挑战。通过明确培养定位、深化校企合作、加大社会宣传力度和构建多元质量保障体系等相应的策略优化高素质技术技能人才培养,进一步推动职业本科的高质量发展。 |

Currently, China is under a critical period of industrial structure transformation. Training highly qualified technical talents is the urgent need to meet the requirements of high-quality development and employment. This article aims to elucidate the significance of cultivating high-quality technical talents in vocational undergraduate education, and to discuss the challenges in the orientation, scale, quality assurance system and social recognition facing by vocational colleges as the main body of training high-quality technical talents. By clarifying the orientation of training, deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, strengthening the social publicity and building multiple quality assurance system, we can optimize the training of high-quality technical talents and further promote the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education. |
