高等职业教育承担着培养高素质技能人才、助推技能型社会建设的重要任务,人才培养质量是评价高等职业教育办学质量的核心标准。作为关注学生全面成长过程的评价模式,增值评价着眼于高职学生个体发展的动态变化,有助于推进高职院校人才供给与产业发展需求对接,提升高职院校办学质量。在实践中还需通过廓清相关理念、建构评价机制和创新评价技术三条路径,发挥增值评价的指引、激励作用,以现代化的学习质量评价方式赋能高质量的现代化高等职业教育建设。 |

Higher vocational education bears the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents and promoting the construction of a skilled society. The quality of talent cultivation is the core standard for evaluating the quality of higher vocational education. As an evaluation model that focuses on the comprehensive growth process of students, value-added evaluation pays attention to the dynamic changes in the individual development of higher vocational students, which helps to promote the integration of talent supply and industrial development needs, and improve the quality of higher vocational colleges. In practice, it is necessary to clarify relevant concepts, construct evaluation mechanisms, and innovate evaluation techniques so as to play the guiding and motivating role of value-added evaluation, empower high-quality higher vocational education construction with modern learning quality evaluation methods. |
