| 教育部发布的《全国普通高等学校名单》显示，我国本科院校数减少，高职院校数增加。在高等教育普及化时代，如何理解这一调整？文章提出，要推进职普协调发展，必须调整高等教育结构，最终淡化“层次教育”“类型教育”概念，从满足社会的人才需求出发，给受教育者适合的教育。 |

| List of National General Institutions of Higher Education issued by the Ministry of Education shows that China has a decreasing number of undergraduate universities, but an increasing number of higher vocational colleges. How to understand this adjustment in the era of popularization of higher education? This paper proposes that the structure of higher education must be adjusted to promote a balanced development of general and vocational education， so as to eventually weaken the concept of “education level” and “education type”. For the purpose of satisfying the societal needs for talents, appropriate education shall be provided for those needed. |
