In view of the problems of teaching supervision system in military academy, this paper proposes six measures to optimize the construction of teaching supervision system form the perspective of high-quality development. Firstly, the teaching supervision content system of “teaching, learning, management, supporting, construction” should be built. Secondly, teaching supervision standard system of academic education, postgraduate education and foreign training should be improved. Thirdly, the teaching supervision method system of “training, assessment, guidance, examination, diagnosis, effectiveness” should be created. Fourthly, the quality design, organization and implementation, quality output, quality feedback of teaching supervision operation system should be normalized. Fifthly, the cultural ecology of teaching supervision quality of “learning quality orientation, active investigation and correction orientation, promotion and development targeting” should be constructed. Lastly, the teaching supervision guarantee mechanism of “planning, supporting, control and evaluation” should be deepened. |
