“双减”背景下,课后服务作为转变学校育人方式、构建高质量教育体系的有力举措,其质量提升成为当下教育改革的迫切要求。劳动教育与课后服务在目标追求、内容形式等方面相契合,将课后服务作为劳动教育实践平台,有利于优化课后服务的育人目标、丰富课后服务的活动内容、拓宽课后服务的实践场域。基于此,通过改进课后服务目标及评价标准、挖掘课后服务的时空资源、统整课后服务的活动内容、转变课后服务的活动形式等实践策略使劳动教育赋能课后服务成为现实,从而构建高质量课后服务实践体系,扎实推进教育高质量发展。 |

Under the background of “double reduction”, after-school service is a powerful measure to transform the way schools educate people and build a high-quality education system. Therefore, improvement of after-school service has become an urgent requirement for current education reform. Labor education is in line with after-school services in terms of goal pursuit as well as contents and form, and taking after-school services as a labor education practice platform is conducive to optimizing the educational goals, enriching the activity contents, and broadening the practice field of after-school services. Based on this, through the adoption of practical strategies such as improving the objectives and evaluation standards, mining the temporal and spatial resources, unifying the activity contents, and changing the activity forms of after-school services, labor education empowers after-school services so as to build a high-quality after-school service practice system and solidly promote the high-quality development of education. |
