| 聚焦技能型社会的目标与要求，构建DEA-Malmquist指数模型，结合上海市应用技能型高校数据开展社会服务效率评价。研究发现，应用技能型高校整体社会服务效率在逐步提升，这主要归因于技术进步的积极作用，但其抗风险能力仍有待改善；超过五成高校社会服务效率呈增长态势，但促成其效率改善的主因各异；与民办院校相比，公办院校的社会服务效率提升速度更快，主要原因是民办院校的资源配置综合效率呈现下降态势。建议持续强化技能强国意识，推动探索社会服务元宇宙环境；立足高校分类评价，合理优化社会服务资源配置；增注核心资源投入，强化民办院校社会服务职能。 |

| Focusing on the target and requirements of a skilled society， the DEA-Malmquist index model is constructed to carry out social service efficiency evaluation by combining the data of applied skill-oriented universities in Shanghai. The results show that the overall social service efficiency achieves gradual improvement, which is mainly attributed to the positive effect of technological progress, but their anti-risk ability still needs to be improved. More than 50% universities show an upward development in social service efficiency, but the main factors vary. Compared with private universities, the social service efficiency of public universities improves faster, mainly due to the resource allocation efficiency of private universities has shown a decreasing trend. Finally, the study puts forward some suggestions such as continuously strengthening the awareness of skilled society and promoting the exploration of social service metaverse environment， reasonably optimizing the allocation of social service resources based on the classified evaluation of universities, increasing the injection of core resources and strengthening the social service function of private institutions. |
