自评报告是本科教学审核评估过程中的一个重要环节,是为了让高校、专家围绕审核要素和五个度的评价对学校的本科教学水平和效果做出自我判断和专家判断的重要依据。只有“品质亦真,态度也诚”的报告才能让学校教职员工了解学校发展成就、发展目标、发展态势和发展瓶颈,才能让专家了解和分析参评学校的全貌、大致问题和症状、急需着力解决的关键,为学校今后的发展诊断、把脉和开方。 本文以外部评估机构项目管理员的视角,阐述自评报告撰写、修订、使用等构建性过程方面的一些经验和思考。 |

Self-assessment report is an important part of the audit evaluation process for a university, it can let the university and experts focus on the evaluation of the audit elements and the five degrees, make self judgment. and. experts' judgment for the undergraduate teaching level and effect of the. university. Only "true disposition" self-assessment report will enable faculty members to understand university development achievements, development goals, development trends and development bottlenecks, enable experts to understand and analyze the full picture of the participating university, including critical symptoms and questions, enable experts to diagnose for the future development of the university. Some reflections on the constructive process of writing, revising and using self-assessment reports are put forward by the perspective of managers of external quality assurance agencies. |
