      “实验校”增值评价是对教育评价机制改革的一种积极探索。文章结合浦东新区强校工程建设,从基本认识、理论基础、指标体系和实践探索等方面,对“实验校”增值评价进行了较为系统的探讨。指出要充分认识增值评价的复杂性,结合评价对象的主要特征,加强评价方案设计和实践的专业化,确保增值评价的信度和效度。

      The value-added evaluation of“experimental school”is an active exploration to the reform of educational evaluation mechanism. Based on the construction of the strong school project in Pudong New Area, the value-added evaluation of the“experimental school”is discussed systematically from the aspects of basic knowledge, theoretical basis, index system and practical exploration. We should fully realize the complexity of value-added evaluation, combine the main characteristics of evaluation object, improve the specialization of evaluation scheme design and practice, and ensure the reliability and validity of value-added evaluation.
